Fishing in Math! 8th graders in Mrs. Woelber's math class worked on proportions by determining how many fish were in their lake by tagging fish and then recapturing them. The 6th graders were able to test their survival skills! 6th grade students are reading the book Hatchet by Gary Paulsen. Matt Jurgens, with Osceola County Conservation, came to give the students some real experience with things that are happening in the book.
