Lab Safety is one of the most important things to go over at the start of the year in Mr. Gude's Science Class. 7th and 8th graders have spent some time this week going over basic lab procedures, safety, and location of many of the items in the lab in preparation for the different labs that will be done this year in science.

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, especially for our students. If your student doesn't have time to each breakfast at home, they can eat breakfast at school. Eating breakfast can benefit students in many ways throughout the school day. They are able to concentrate better, are more alert, and can have better test scores. Thank you to our wonderful kitchen staff that serves breakfast daily from 7:45-8:20 am at each of our buildings for our students.

Middle School Practice Information!
Middle School Practice start dates and times are listed below for the first week of practice. Please note, we will begin with football only on August 21st so we can get the state mandated # of practices in before our first MS football game. MS volleyball/XC do not have these same requirements. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Maassen or the MS office.
Monday, August 21 Football only from 8:00-9:30 AM
Tuesday, August 22 Football/XC/Volleyball 4:00 (don't arrive prior to 3:50)
Wednesday, August 23 NO PRACTICES
Thursday, August 24 Football/XC/Volleyball right after school
